This paid position offers a dynamic environment where your skills in grooming, customer service, and animal care come together to make a real difference. Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Assess each pet's coat condition, skin health, and temperament to determine appropriate grooming techniques Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and well-maintained Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, or health concerns Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, ensuring timely service delivery Assist with managing client records and grooming history to ensure consistent quality of care Provide excellent personal service to pet owners by offering advice on grooming routines and pet hygiene Qualifications Prior experience in salon or spa environments preferred, especially with pets or animals Experience with appointment scheduling systems is highly desirable Background in personal service roles with adults, adolescents, or elderly individuals demonstrates strong customer interaction skills Strong attention to detail with a passion for animal welfare and customer satisfaction Certification or training in pet grooming is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Join us if you're passionate about making pets look their best while providing top-tier personal service!
