What You'll Do:
Working under our Groom Operations Lead, you'll help keep our grooming days running smoothly by: Bathing dogs thoroughly and safely Drying and properly prepping coats for the groomer Brushing and basic coat preparation Nail trims and other basic grooming tasks as trained Keeping bathing, grooming, and kennel areas exceptionally clean and organized Helping groomers maintain an efficient daily schedule Safely handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, coat types, and temperaments Following instructions and established grooming and safety procedures Helping ensure every dog receives patient, thoughtful care Who We're Looking For More than anything, we're looking for the right work ethic and attitude.You may be a great fit if you: Are extremely dependable and show up ready to work Take direction well and are willing to learn Take genuine pride in doing a job correctly—not just quickly Notice the details and care about the finished result Are comfortable working in a busy, physical environment Can stay productive without needing to be constantly reminded what needs to be done Are patient and compassionate when handling dogs Understand that cleaning and organization are an important part of professional grooming Want to be part of a team where high standards matter Professional dog bathing or grooming experience is a plus, but reliability, work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally important to us.
