Job Description:
This is a W-2 employee position. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mobile Dog Groomer to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a groomer who loves working with dogs and enjoys the freedom and flexibility of a mobile grooming environment. You'll be traveling to clients' homes, providing high-quality grooming services, and ensuring the best care for their pets. In return, you'll enjoy a generous compensation structure, with the potential to earn between $300 and $500 per day through commissions and tips.
Responsibilities:
Mobile Grooming Services:
Travel to client locations with our fully-equipped mobile grooming van to provide grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
Grooming Services:
Perform services such as bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, haircuts, and brushing based on the client's preferences.
Customer Service:
Build rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience. Provide updates on the dog's grooming status and offer advice on pet care when necessary.
Maintain Grooming Equipment:
Regularly clean and maintain grooming tools and van equipment to ensure they are in top working condition.
Follow Safety Protocols:
Ensure all grooming procedures are done in a safe, gentle manner while prioritizing the dog's well-being.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate client records, including pet details, grooming history, and client preferences. Promote the

Requirements:
Experience:
Previous experience as a professional dog groomer preferred, but we will consider motivated individuals with grooming training.
Skills:
Proficient in grooming techniques for dogs of all breeds and sizes, including breed-specific cuts.
Certification:
Grooming certification is a plus, but not required.
Communication:
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record as you will be driving the mobile grooming van.
Physical Stamina:
