Woofie's of Greater Jacksonville is looking for an experienced, reliable Pet Bather to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who loves working with dogs, has professional bathing experience, and takes pride in providing safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Bathe and dry dogs of various breeds, sizes, and coat types Brush and de-shed coats Perform nail trims and basic ear cleaning Safely handle dogs with different temperaments and energy levels Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment Follow proper bathing, drying, and pet-handling procedures Communicate professionally with team members Provide gentle, patient, and compassionate care to every pet

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional dog bathing experience

REQUIRED

Must be 18 years of age or older Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, including large breeds Knowledge of proper bathing, drying, brushing, and de-shedding techniques Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Must be comfortable in a fast-paced pet care environment Strong attention to detail and a genuine love for animals

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who already has hands-on professional bathing experience and can confidently work with dogs while maintaining our standards for safety, cleanliness, and exceptional pet care.
