Responsibilities Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process by handling them gently and professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas in compliance with health standards Schedule appointments efficiently using our booking system, managing client requests and follow-up care Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with pet owners about grooming options and aftercare instructions Assist with errand running related to pet supplies or client requests as needed Keep detailed records of grooming services provided, pet health considerations, and client preferences Experience Prior salon or spa experience working with animals, especially dogs of various sizes and breeds Experience with appointment scheduling systems and managing multiple clients effectively Background in hotel or private residence pet care environments is highly desirable Familiarity with clinic procedures related to animal health and safety is a plus Personal service experience working with adults, adolescents, elderly individuals or in office building settings demonstrates strong interpersonal skills Previous roles involving personal transportation assistance or errand assistance highlight reliability and flexibility This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to combine their love for animals with professional grooming expertise.
