Shift:

Day Shift What You'll Do Provide professional pet grooming and styling according to breed standards or owner preferences Conduct pet evaluations and communicate service recommendations clearly and professionally to pet owners Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets through exceptional customer service Manage your daily schedule digitally via smartphone Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe grooming environment in the van Uphold Furry Land vehicle standards and care for company property Work both independently and collaboratively as part of the Furry Land team Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a background check High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 - 5 years of pet grooming experience (preferred) Ability to stand, bend, and lift dogs at least 75 lbs. and/or heavier temporarily Knowledge & Skills Genuine love for working with pets Ability to groom and style pets according to owner instructions or breed standards Excellent customer service skills Effective listening skills to understand and fulfill special client requests Strong communication skills to evaluate and recommend appropriate services to pet owners Ability to build relationships with clients and their pets Ability to work independently and as a team Comfortable managing a digital schedule via smartphone Reliable and self-motivated Tools & Equipment Groomers must provide their own grooming tools All additional supplies provided by Furry Land Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Compensation Package Bonus opportunities Commission pay Tips Requirements Pet grooming: 2 years (Required) Day Shift availability (Required) Ability to commute to Raleigh, NC 27617 (Required)
