Job Description
Hours:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and every other Saturday 7:30 am to 2:30 pmDuties:
- Bathe, brush, and dry pets according to specific instructions
- Trim nails and clean ears
- Gently handle pets during bathing and grooming procedures
- Assist groomers with restraining animals during grooming sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area
- Monitor pet behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Customer service: Ability to interact with pet owners in a friendly and professional manner
- Heavy lifting: Capable of lifting and restraining larger animals when necessary
- Dog handling: Experience handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments
