Job Description

Job Summary Wags & Whiskers is looking for an experienced pet groomer. Applicant must know all breed-specific and specialty cuts. Cat grooming experience is a plus, but not required. You must love pets, take pride in your work, have a positive attitude, and be a team player.
Duties:
  • Perform grooming services such as cutting/trimming hair, bathing, brushing, nail trims/dremel, and ear cleaning
  • Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin and recommend appropriate grooming treatments
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and preferences
  • Keep accurate records of services provided and maintain client information
Requirements:
  • Must have at least one year of experience working in a grooming salon.
  • Knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming requirements Full-time and part-time positions are available.
The schedule is flexible. Compensation is 50% commission, or booth rental options are available.
Pay:
$1,000.00
