Legacy Boarding Kennel Pay:
$17- 20 per hour, based on experience Legacy Boarding Kennel is looking for an experienced, dependable, and confident Kennel Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our team.
The ideal candidate will also:
Have previous leadership or supervisory experience Be dependable, responsible, and organized Be confident managing a team and holding employees accountable Have excellent communication and customer-service skills Be comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments Be able to work independently and make responsible decisions Be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Be willing to perform cleaning and hands-on kennel duties Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and other challenging weather Be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment Have strong attention to detail Be willing to step in and help wherever needed Schedule Requirements Every weekend and holidays are required. This position requires availability every Saturday and Sunday, as well as holidays . Applicants who are unable to work weekends and holidays should not apply.
