Job Description

We are seeking reliable and responsible Overnight Pet Sitters to provide in-home pet care while clients are traveling or otherwise away. Overnight assignments involve staying at a client's home and maintaining the pet's normal care routine. Assignments may include dogs, cats, and other household pets and can range from one night to several consecutive nights. Responsibilities Provide overnight care in accordance with each client's pet-care instructions. Feed pets according to established schedules and instructions. Walk dogs and provide appropriate exercise, play, and companionship. Clean litter boxes and maintain clean pet-care areas. Administer medications when needed and when specifically instructed by the client. Monitor pets for changes in behavior, appetite, or general condition and communicate concerns promptly. Provide clients with photos and updates through our mobile app. Keep the client's home clean, secure, and well cared for during the assignment. Follow all pet-care instructions and communicate with the team regarding questions or unexpected situations. Qualifications Dependable, responsible, and attentive to detail. Comfortable caring for dogs, cats, and other household pets. Comfortable handling pets of different sizes, ages, breeds, and temperaments. Able to follow detailed instructions independently. Good communication and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently in clients' homes. Previous experience in pet sitting, animal care, veterinary settings, boarding facilities, shelters, or rescue organizations is a plus, but not required. Availability Availability for overnight assignments is required. Weekend and holiday availability is important. Willingness to accept assignments based on client needs and your availability. Ability to travel to client homes within our service area. Requirements Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to use a mobile app for schedules, communication, and pet-care updates. Successful completion of a background check.
