In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services that enhance the health, hygiene, and appearance of our canine clients. Duties Perform professional grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and pet coat styling tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Handle dogs with care and confidence, utilizing animal restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, brushing, de-matting, and other grooming procedures with precision Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide advice on pet coat maintenance Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use Requirements Proven experience as a professional dog groomer with a strong portfolio of grooming styles and techniques Knowledge of dog training principles and canine behavior management Familiarity with animal handling, animal restraint, pet care, and animal care best practices Ability to lift heavy objects safely—such as large dogs or equipment—demonstrating physical strength and stamina Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners confidently and professionally Strong attention to detail in grooming tasks to ensure high-quality results Join us if you're ready to bring your grooming expertise into a vibrant environment where every day is an opportunity to make pets look great and feel even better!
