Job DescriptionProfessional Dog Bather | Mobile Dog Grooming | East Brunswick, NJ Furry Land Mobile Grooming is looking for an experienced Professional Dog Bather to join our growing team serving East Brunswick, New Brunswick, Edison, North Brunswick, South Brunswick, Old Bridge, Sayreville, Monroe Township, Woodbridge, and surrounding Central New Jersey communities. If you enjoy working with dogs and take pride in providing exceptional pet care, we'd love to hear from you! As a Mobile Dog Bather, you'll work one-on-one with pets in a fully equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter grooming van. You'll be responsible for bathing dogs, performing nail trims, and preparing pets for grooming appointments while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Why Join Furry Land? Competitive commission based pay Tips Flexible scheduling Full-time opportunity Fully equipped Mercedes Sprinter grooming van One-on-one appointments with every pet Dedicated call center support Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow with one of the nation's fastest-growing mobile grooming companies Responsibilities Professionally bathe dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Brush and thoroughly dry coats Perform nail trims safely and confidently Clean ears and complete basic hygiene services Monitor pets for any concerns and communicate observations to the team Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming van Safely handle pets using low-stress handling techniques Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners before and after appointments Follow company safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional dog bathing experience required Experience performing nail trims confidently and safely Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a mobile environment Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Grooming experience is a plus but not required Compensation Commission based Tips Performance bonuses (when applicable) Paid training Flexible scheduling Schedule Full-time preferred Weekend availability may be required Application Questions How many years of professional dog bathing experience do you have?
