We love dogs here at The Spotted Dog and are lucky to be around dogs all day. Starting at $15.49 an hour plus tips, flexible schedule, fringe benefits- Come Join our Team!
Job Duties:
Supervise play areas to ensure pet safety Walk dogs Clean up dog waste Fresh and clean water all day Prepare dinner & breakfasts Clean & maintain kennels daily Perform light cleaning duties Keep the front desk informed about pets that are ready for pick-up Communication is key- you must be able to work as a team. Performs other duties as assigned. Hours vary and may require working weekends and holidays. Qualifications Must love dogs of all kinds Proven kennel experience and strong animal handling skills Ability to perform animal restraint and provide excellent pet care Experience in pet sitting preferred, or previous daycare/boarding experience prefered Strong customer service skills and ability to lift heavy animals as needed Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs frequently.
