Responsibilities Supervise dog playgroups, ensuring safe interactions and positive behavior management Assist with dog handling, including animal restraint and training to promote good manners Maintain a clean and sanitized environment through pet grooming, facility sanitization, and kennel cleaning Monitor pet health and behavior, promptly addressing any signs of distress or discomfort Support pet boarding activities by feeding, exercising, and providing companionship to dogs in our care Engage in outdoor work tasks such as yard cleaning, fence checks, and ensuring secure play areas Assist with pet care documentation, including logs of activities, health observations, and behavior notes Experience Experience in pet sitting or animal care facilities demonstrating responsibility for animals' well-being Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior management strategies Kennel experience or working in pet boarding environments is advantageous Skills in heavy lifting, team lifting, and outdoor work are beneficial for handling equipment and cleaning tasks Customer service experience to effectively communicate with pet owners and team members Familiarity with sanitation protocols in pet care facilities Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for animals meets an energetic team dedicated to exceptional pet care.
