Job Description

Position Overview We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. This role involves a mix of animal care, facility maintenance, and customer interaction.
PM SHIFT
1:30pm - 10pm Daily Responsibilities Supervising dogs in daycare and boarding playgroups, ensuring safe and appropriate behavior Feeding, watering, walking, medicating and administering basic care according to individual schedules Cleaning kennels, yards, and common areas (a big part of keeping dogs healthy!) Monitoring dog health and behavior, and reporting any concerns to management Assisting with intake and check-out of dogs, including communicating with pet owners Maintaining a structured daily routine for all dogs in our care What We're Looking For Comfort and confidence working with dogs of all breeds and energy levels Strong work ethic and ability to stay active throughout the day Attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and safety Ability to follow instructions and remain consistent with routines and protocols Good communication and teamwork skills Previous animal care experience is a plus, but not required (we can train the right person) Work Environment This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, lifting, cleaning, and working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. It can be fast-paced and sometimes messy, but it's also rewarding for someone who genuinely enjoys working with animals.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
