Wash, condition, blow-dry, brush out, and de-shed canine clients of all sizes and breeds.Basic Maintenance:
Perform safe nail trimmings, ear cleaning, and sanitary prep work under supervision.Dog Handling:
Safely guide, lift, and secure dogs on grooming tables and in tubs using low-stress handling techniques.Salon Care:
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace by sweeping hair, washing towels, and disinfecting kennels/tools.Client Service:
Greet pet parents warmly during drop-off and pick-up with clear, friendly communication. Requirements Genuine love for animals and a patient, calm demeanor. Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift dogs weighing up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude. Absolute availability to work the required shifts, including the first Saturday morning of the month. No prior grooming experience required—we will train the right person! Note onStart Date:
This position will officially begin immediately following Labor Day. In-person interviews and paid working auditions will take place throughout August.Pay:
