Duties Provide expert dog handling to enhance behavior and socialization skills Perform pet grooming, bathing, and general hygiene maintenance to keep dogs comfortable and clean Offer pet sitting services, ensuring dogs are well-cared for during their stay at the club Manage daycare and boarding operations, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring animal activity levels Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing pet owner inquiries and providing updates on their pets' wellbeing Qualifications Proven experience in dog training, handling, or related animal care roles such as veterinary technician or assistant Excellent animal handling skills with a focus on safety and comfort for both pets and staff Prior pet sitting or kennel experience demonstrating responsibility and reliability Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with pet owners Physical ability stand for extended periods during busy shifts Knowledge of pet care standards, animal behavior, and safety protocols is highly preferred Embark on a fulfilling career where your dedication to animals makes a difference every day! In person ```Duties```:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and beyond exceptional customer service.
• Oversee the care and well-being of animals in the club, including animal care, and animal handling. (Our clients and their pups are the most wonderful people so we need the most wonderful care in return to both of them)
• Train and supervise staff members in proper animal restraint, handling, and care techniques.
• Provide assistance to all the grooming staff, handling their scheduling and assistance if they need it for a pet while getting groomed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coordinate in club pet sitting services for club members, ensuring the safety and comfort of their pets.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the club facilities.

```Experience```:

• Previous experience in pet care and proven exceptional customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of animal care, handling, and care techniques.
• Experience in dog training and behavior modification is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
