In person ```Duties```:- Manage day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring smooth functioning and beyond exceptional customer service.
- Oversee the care and well-being of animals in the club, including animal care, and animal handling. (Our clients and their pups are the most wonderful people so we need the most wonderful care in return to both of them)
- Train and supervise staff members in proper animal restraint, handling, and care techniques.
- Provide assistance to all the grooming staff, handling their scheduling and assistance if they need it for a pet while getting groomed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate in club pet sitting services for club members, ensuring the safety and comfort of their pets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the club facilities.
```Experience```:
- Previous experience in pet care and proven exceptional customer service experience.
- Strong knowledge of animal care, handling, and care techniques.
- Experience in dog training and behavior modification is desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
