If you are interested in this being a

FULL TIME

position, then you would need to be skilled in large equipment operating (tractor, mowers, etc) and be able to help snow removal all winter.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone with either veterinarian experience or general farm animal wellness care experience who is able to routinely stop by the farm to check on the health of all of our animals. We have farmhands who take care of the feeding, cleaning and general upkeep of the farm, but we need one person who has the experience/education to give health checks to our animals to make sure they are happy and healthy!

Other responsibilities:

Weekly Animal Care Schedule Scheduling of vet visits when absolutely necessary Ordering feed and hay and making sure the farmhands are housing them appropriately Making sure the farmhands are keeping the paddocks and barns clean and organized Visiting the farm 3 days/week to check on the health of all of the animals. Pay:

From $32.50 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 16.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): What specific animal care experience do you have at which you had to assess and treat the health of a variety of animals? Do you know how to operate a tractor and install the attachments?

Experience:
