We are a locally owned mobile pet-services company serving families throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, including Butler, Warren, and Hamilton counties.

Compensation & Benefits Our compensation structure is designed to reward both great grooming and long-term commitment to the company. Commission $1000-$1500/wk pay 100% of your tips W-2 employee position New Client SPIFF Earn a $100 bonus for each new client you personally bring to Maggie's who enrolls in a continuing grooming schedule. Additional Benefits $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) One PTO day earned every three months Five PTO days available after the first 12 months PTO continues to accrue after the first year at one additional day every three months PTO caps at 10 days beginning in year three Company-supported sharpening expenses Established pricing and professional scheduling system Opportunity to grow with an expanding mobile pet-services company What You'll Do As a Maggie's Mobile Groomer, you will work independently from a professionally equipped mobile grooming van while being part of a supportive team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing full-service dog grooming and bathing Performing breed-appropriate and client-requested haircuts Nail trimming and buffing Ear cleaning and sanitary trimming Paw pad trimming Brushing and de-shedding Proper bathing, conditioning, and hand drying Communicating professionally with pet owners Maintaining accurate client and pet information Keeping your grooming van clean, sanitary, organized, and ready for the next workday Following company safety, animal-handling, and customer-service standards Helping maintain recurring 4-, 6-, and 8-week grooming schedules Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and their dogs Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in both their grooming and the way they treat people and animals.

The right person should be:

Experienced in professional dog grooming Comfortable working independently Reliable and punctual Compassionate and patient with dogs Comfortable communicating directly with clients Able to safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, ages, and temperaments Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness Interested in developing recurring client relationships Comfortable driving and working from a mobile grooming van Team-oriented while capable of managing their own daily schedule A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
