Join our team at Groomer Has It as a Part-time Mobile Dog Groomer and become part of our mission to keep dogs happy, healthy, and looking their best! Groomer Has It - Cincinnati is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Mobile Dog Groomer to deliver exceptional grooming services to our clients' furry companions. As a Mobile Dog Groomer, you'll operate our beautiful fully equipped grooming van and travel to various locations throughout Cincinnati to pamper dog with personalized 1 on 1 grooming sessions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional grooming services including bathing, brushing, haircutting (if applicable), and nail trimming for dogs of all breeds and sizes. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of dogs throughout the grooming process. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the grooming van and equipment. Establish rapport with pet owners, communicate effectively to understand their grooming preferences, and address any concerns. Keep accurate records of grooming appointments, pet health history, and client communication.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a dog groomer (1+ years required). Strong animal handling skills and a genuine passion for working with pets. Ability to work independently, manage grooming schedules, and prioritize tasks effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel within Cincinnati to serve clients in different locations. Certification from a recognized grooming school or program preferred but not required. Must be able to work flexible hours (including some weekends as well as holiday seasons)
