We are searching to fill a Full-time position and Part-time position. Patient care, customer relations, monitoring of the romp groups, assisting in romp assessment tests, walking and caring for the animals, and maintaining a clean and safe environment are some of the main duties of a romp attendant. We always maintain a "yes" attitude, having friendly compassion and kind empathy to clients. Love for animals is a must!
Responsibilities:
Monitor group play daycare yards for safety and cleanliness Walk, feed, medicate, bathe, and clean up after boarding dogs and cats Carry out one on one play sessions with our boarding and daycare dogs Capture cute moments with pets on camera to share with clients Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the facility calendar Assist clients with check-in and check-out procedures Maintain accurate patient records and update client information Handle billing and payment processing Keep the reception area clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred Previous experience in a pet care environment or handling various breeds and sizes preferred Attention to detail Compassion, patience, and general love for working with animals Understanding of canine body language and behavior Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficient in basic computer skills Confident interacting with clients both in person and over the phone
Pay:
$11.00 - $15.00 per hour
