Join our pack! While loving dogs is a priority, this job is also A LOT of work and requires a significant amount of facility housekeeping, standing, and physical labor. Reliability and integrity of each member of our staff is non-negotiable. Experience handling dogs is a plus but not required. Must pass a background check. Pet Care Specialist Overall care for pet guests (This can include daycare and/or overnight boarding) Provide meals, fresh water, and appropriate bedding Monitor and understand pet activities, interactions, and behavior Provide enrichment activities in dog play groups Clean and sanitize facilities daily (This can include play areas, kennels, pet dishes, and laundry) Provide exceptional customer service Ensure proper documentation for each task Other duties as assigned Kennel Technician Assist in opening or closing procedures Assist Pet Care Specialists, as needed Clean and sanitize facility (overnight kennels, play areas, pet dishes, and laundry) Assist in AM or PM feedings Assist in preparation for the following day Other duties as assigned Requirements Must LOVE dogs High School education or equivalent Must be 17 years of age or older Weekends are non-negotiable. Some holidays required. Physical Requirements Ability to walk and/or stand on your feet throughout entire shift Ability to move animals and goods Ability to push up to 150lbs and lift up to 50 lbs

$11.00 - $12.00 per hour
