In this role, you will be responsible for the care, health, and well-being of young calves, ensuring they receive proper nutrition, housing, and medical attention. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced farm environment, utilizing your skills in Duties Provide attentive daily care to calves, including feeding, watering, and monitoring health status, new born care. Assist with cleaning and maintaining calf housing areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment including bedding pens. Handle livestock with care, ensuring proper animal husbandry practices are followed at all times Follow safety standards in all production activities, including manual handling and heavy lifting tasksSkills Animal care background very helpful. Familiarity with growing processes, animal management techniques, and outdoor farming practices Basic math skills for record keeping and operational calculations Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Two mornings and two evening per week.
