Full Job Description About Us:

We are a busy, fast-paced animal hospital with a dedicated boarding and daycare facility, known as The Barn, committed to providing a safe, clean, and fun environment for our guests. Our team is passionate about animal care and creating a positive experience for both pets and their owners.

Position Overview:

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and animal-loving individuals to join our Boarding & Daycare team. This role is hands-on and active, involving direct care of dogs and cats, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all pets are happy, safe, and well cared for during their stay.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor dogs in group daycare play Feed, water, and administer basic care to boarding pets Clean kennels, runs, and play areas thoroughly and regularly Monitor animal behavior and report any concerns to management Follow all safety and sanitation protocols Assist with check-in and check-out of boarding/daycare pets Provide excellent customer service to pet owners

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and a team player Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed Previous animal care experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in environments with noise, odors, and varying temperatures
