Job Summary:
As a Canine Daycare Attendant, you will play a vital role in the daily care and enrichment of the dogs entrusted to us. This position requires a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a genuine love for animals. You will be responsible for supervising playgroups, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the overall health and safety of all dogs in our facility.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with dogs in group play settings, ensuring their safety and well-being. Monitor dog behavior and intervene appropriately to prevent conflicts or unsafe situations. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, including disinfecting play areas, kennels, and common spaces. Observe and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes to the supervisor. Assist with bathing, grooming, or other care as needed. Communicate with pet owners to provide updates on their pets and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Genuine love and respect for animals, especially dogs. Previous experience working with animals (preferred but not required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
