Cryan Veterinary Hospital LLC in Westerville, OH is looking for a passionate and caring Seasonal Kennel Attendant to join our team! Responsibilities:

Feed, water, and monitor the health and well-being of boarded animals daily Clean and sanitize kennels, runs, and common areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment Provide exercise, socialization, and enrichment activities for dogs and cats Observe and report any signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes to veterinary staff Handle animals safely and humanely, following proper animal restraint protocols Assist with check-in and check-out of boarded pets and communicate with pet owners Support veterinary and support staff with general kennel and clinic duties as needed

Requirements:

Genuine love for animals and a compassionate, patient demeanor Previous experience working with animals in a kennel, shelter, or veterinary setting preferred Ability to safely handle dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care instructions precisely Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
