About Us:

We are a busy upscale animal hospital in Edmond, divided into two wings : One wing is dedicated to boarding and grooming . The other wing focuses on hospital and treatment services. We are seeking an energetic and reliable Kennel Technician to join our team. This position primarily focuses on caring for animals in the boarding and grooming wing , with occasional assistance required in moving patients between areas.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Typical shifts are:

6:30 AM - 3:30 PM 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM Weekends are usually worked as split shifts working either a Sunday or Saturday.

Job Type:

Full-time, up to 40 hours per week

Pay Range:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise dogs in play areas and outdoor spaces Clean and disinfect kennels, play areas, and common spaces Handle laundry tasks to ensure clean bedding and towels Bathe animals and perform basic grooming tasks such as nail trims Feed animals and manage various diet plans Assist with moving patients between the boarding and hospital wings
