Kennel Attendant Do you enjoy being around Dogs and Cats? We are seeking a Kennel Attendant to join our team! We are looking for a person to work 3 days per week (Saturday to Monday, 10 hour shifts) in our busy dog boarding & daycamp facility. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Here is a list of some of the tasks you will need to perform:

• Be passionate & loving towards dogs, cats and their well-being.
• Must be mature, responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while working with a team and individually.
• Must be able to work weekends and major holidays , as these are our busiest times.
• Be physically able to perform tasks such as: lifting 50lbs, Standing for long periods of time, there is no sitting in this job, Maintain a clean kennel environment (Scrubbing, Mopping, Disinfect dog kennels, Squeegee floors, Poop scoop, Laundry, Kitchen clean up) Bathing dogs, Trimming nails, Assist in moving dogs to play group, Overseeing a group of large dogs, Walking strong energetic dogs on leashes and more….
• Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner .
• Can follow precise instructions regarding feeding, medication and dog-interaction protocols.
• Must be able to make customer service a priority and greet customers in the office, answering phone calls and work our reservation software.
