Job Description

Furry Land Mobile Grooming is growing, and we're looking for experienced, professional groomers who can handle a full day of grooming independently. This is not an entry-level role . If you don't have real grooming experience in a professional setting, this position will not be a fit. What This Role Looks Like 4-5 full grooms per day (no rushing, but steady pace) Work independently in your own fully equipped grooming van Serve clients in Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, and surrounding areas Build relationships with repeat customers (rebooking is key) What We're Looking For Minimum 1+ years professional dog grooming experience (required) Ability to complete full grooms start-to-finish without assistance Comfortable grooming a mix of small, medium, and occasional large dogs Strong work ethic — shows up, stays productive, and takes ownership of your day Valid driver's license and clean driving habits What This Is NOT Not a bather position Not for someone still learning to groom Not a slow-paced salon environment If you need constant supervision or are not confident grooming independently, this will not be the right fit. What You Get $1,000-$1,300 per week 4-day work week (no evenings) 4-5 dogs per day — no salon chaos, no stacked cages Your own mobile grooming van (fully equipped) Consistent schedule and strong customer demand Final Note We are building a team of reliable, skilled groomers who take pride in their work .
