During the first six months of employment, you will focus primarily on establishing yourself as a high-performing groomer while becoming familiar with our processes, standards, team, and clientele. At the end of this introductory period, your performance, reliability, professionalism, leadership skills, and ability to support day-to-day shop operations will be formally evaluated. Groomers who demonstrate consistent excellence and strong leadership potential may be offered a promotion to Grooming Manager. Groomers are paid 50% commission (the $ range provided in this posting is an estimate).
