Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

Minimum $18.00/hour Health Benefits One week paid vacation Full-time year round position Opportunity to grow with an established and respected pet care facilityResponsibilities:
Supervise, lead, train and support a team of 20+ employees. Experienced in monitoring playgroups to ensure safe interactions and prevent injuries Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently Monitor dog playgroups ensuring safety, cleanliness and behavior Ensure all equipment (gates, kennels, cameras, cleaning tools) is in safe and working order Greet and assist customers with check in/check out Communicate effectively daily with customers on their dog's behavior Maintain accurate records of vaccinations, enrollments and payments Working Holidays and weekends are required Assist with staffing, scheduling and team accountability Make responsible decisions when owners are not on-siteExperience:
Previous leadership or management experience is required Demonstrated ability in supervising employees within a kennel/daycare environment Proven ability to lead a team, delegate responsibilities and hold employees accountable Leadership skills with a track record of effective team management and staff development. Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Available to work weekends and holidays as required (non-negotiable) Previous doggie daycare experience minimum 1 year required If you are a dependable leader who takes pride in creating a safe, positive environment for dogs, cats, clients, and employees, we would love to meet you.Pay:
