Job Description
Runners/Dog Walkers:
Love of animals Excellent Customer Service Skills Professionalism Able to be on feet for extended period of time Positive Attitude Team Player Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Applicants must be able to work weekends and holidays. Shift times fall between lobby hours - 7a-7p As part of the Guest Services team, the Runner is responsible for escorting our furry friends throughout our facility! During check-in, they put on the pets ID bands and bring them to the appropriate suit, and during check out, they retrieve the pet from their suite and return them to their owners. The Greeter/Runner is also responsible for ensuring our guests leave with all of their belongings, food, and medications. The position requires interactions with our customers as well as the dogs! Quality of care and making our guests happy is our top priority at Wagsworth Manor Pet Resort, and the Runner plays an integral role in accomplishing this!Responsible for:
Ensuring guests are checked into the appropriate suite Responsible for check in/check out of guests personal belongings Returning checked out guests and personal belongings to their parents Ensure "Family Reunions" are memorable for all of our guests •Room for growth in senior and leadership roles! Dog and cat experience is preferred but all skill levels are encouraged to apply!Job Types:
