Job Description

Hello, For quicker visibility and responses we request applications to be submitted through our website form.
Go to https:
//www.petpalspetsitting.com/careers . Thank you! At this time, we are only considering those who can provide overnight or boarding care as part of their service capabilities. Contractors who cannot offer these services may not be able to be considered. Additionally, we aim to connect our clients with long term care providers. For this reason, it is strongly encouraged for serious applications only. Overview PetPals is an administrative pet care company which connects independent contractors looking for work, with clients looking for professional pet care services. At PetPals, we are looking to build a community within a community. It is our mission to bring together unique individuals who share a passion and intuition around animals that makes them unique for the role we are looking to fill. Our company structure helps individuals also learn vital skills in being successfully self employed. This is NOT an employee based position. We are looking to fill 3-5 positions for independent contractors . To fulfill this role, it is required for all persons to obtain their LLC, Pet Care Insurance, and enroll in First Aid CPR classes that are offered locally. Please visit our website listed above for more information. Our Independent Contractors (ICs) or "Pals" go through an onboarding orientation in order to be connected with our client base for pet care services ranging from dog walks, cat care, small animal/enclosure care, overnights in client homes, boarding opportunities, adventure services and more.

Fill out the form to learn more about available opportunities. We work with independent contractors who set their own financial goals and choose the level of work needed to meet them. Availability may vary based on demand in your area, tips and the services you are able to provide. Part-Time & Full-Time Overview Common part-time monthly earnings: $1,000 - $1,500 bi-weekly Full-time monthly earnings potential: $2,000 -$2,500 bi-weekly To meet full-time work status, overnight care/boarding care must be considered. Our Work Motto Society often supports the notion of the 9-5 work week, breakfast, lunch and dinner, where time rules the operation of daily life. Not at Pet Pals. We don't have an office for a reason. We don't want to be stuck behind a desk wasting away a beautiful day of adventures. We believe that work should be rewarding, empowering, engaging, and most importantly, fun. Your mental health and physical well-being are our #1 priority. The job gets you outside, in the community, physically active, and connected with the Self and the Here and Now. This work is not just about the animals but questions if work should be viewed differently entirely. Work smarter, not harder. So, what does work mean to you? Let's make that happen. Be Your Own Boss Pet Pals is an administrative company that offers work to available IC's. No work is scheduled unless approved by you, which puts you in charge of your own finances, independence, and motivation to work. Take the lead and learn what it means to be your own boss. When it comes to how you are paid, you are paid per service performed. PetPals takes a small portion of each service as our processing fee in exchange for administrative services, connecting you with clients, scheduling, and marketing on your behalf.
Availability / Time
-Off Work should be accessible, fun, and leaves you feeling motivated at the end of the day, not burnt out. We started Pet Pals because we believe independent work should have choice and autonomy. Your availability is set by the first of every month, and we book services on your spare time.
