Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Dog Walker and Pet Sitter, where your passion for animals and energetic spirit will shine! Whether you're taking dogs for invigorating walks, offering overnight in-home care, or attending to pets' daily needs, your dedication will make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and their owners. This position offers flexible hours perfect for animal lovers eager to turn their passion into a fulfilling part-time opportunity. Duties Walk dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour as needed. Provide attentive pet services, including feeding, administering medication if needed, and sending pet parents multiple photos and check-ins per day. Offer overnight in-home pet care OR overnight care at the client's home, maintaining routines and monitoring pets' health and behavior throughout the night. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. A college degree is highly preferred. Prior experience with dog training, animal handling, or pet care is required. Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician/assistant experience is a plus. Must respond to booking requests within 30 minutes. Must accept at least 50% of the booking requests you receive. Strong client communication skills to update pet owners confidently and professionally is a must. A genuine love for animals combined with a responsible attitude towards their safety and well-being. This role is ideal for remote workers, freelancers, stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone with a flexible schedule. Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required (though you will have the ability to accept which jobs you'd prefer).
Pay:
$35.00 - $46.20 per hour
