Requirements:

Have access to a vehicle Live in Chicago and can easily access the Northside and near Northside neighborhoods (Lakeview, Streeterville, Lincoln Park, Old Town, West Town, Bucktown, etc.) Flexible Availability within the hours of 10am-2pm Monday through Friday & some weekends Additional Availability during the holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Winter Holidays, New Years Availability to do overnight visits is a PLUS! Pass a background check

Qualifications:

Must be an animal lover! History of caring for animals professionally Excellent communication, follow up, and time management skills Experience with pet shelters, rescue groups, and veterinary offices is a plus

Benefits/Pay:

$20/hour pay rate, paid per completed visit based on service duration (30-minute minimum). Tips and certain surcharges are in addition to base pay. Job Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, personalized care based on each pet's needs, including walks, feeding, playtime, enrichment, and medication when needed. Arrive within scheduled visit windows and manage your time effectively throughout the day. Send clients a detailed report card with photos after every visit, including relevant updates about their pet. Communicate promptly with our management team about schedule changes, concerns, or anything unusual during a visit. Follow client care instructions closely and complete all scheduled visits reliably. Treat every client's pet and home with care and respect.
