Professional Boarding Sitter (Work From Home) Fetch! Pet Care Tucson Fetch! Pet Care is seeking dependable, compassionate animal lovers to provide concierge-style boarding care from their homes. This is a unique opportunity for someone who works from home, has a flexible schedule, and enjoys providing calm, one-on-one care for pets in a home environment. Unlike large boarding facilities or high-volume pet sitting platforms, our boarding program focuses on personalized care and intentionally limits the number of pets in the home at one time. Most of our boarding sitters host only one client pet, or pets from the same household, at a time, creating a quieter and more personalized alternative to traditional boarding environments. Some of our sitters also have friendly resident pets in the home, which can be a great fit for social animals. What the Role Includes Caring for pets in your home Maintaining feeding, walking, and medication routines Providing companionship and supervision throughout the day Sending updates and photos through our app Communicating professionally with clients and office staff Creating a calm, safe, welcoming environment for pets while their owners travel Requirements Must genuinely enjoy dogs and cats and be comfortable managing different temperaments Prior pet care experience preferred Reliable transportation required Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps daily Strong communication and people skills Clean, safe, pet-friendly home environment Ability to host pets overnight in your home Weekend and holiday availability preferred Able to follow detailed client instructions and routines carefully Who This Position Works Well For Remote workers Stay-at-home professionals Retirees Freelancers Calm households looking for supplemental income Experienced pet owners who enjoy companionship throughout the day Important Notes This role is best suited for individuals with stable schedules and home environments.
