MUST BE AVAILABLE SOME WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS

•Most housesits are 3-5 days, and generally cover weekends. Drop In visits are 20,30, or 60 min Pay is by the job Provide attentive pet sitting services, including feeding, walking, administering medication, and engaging in play to promote pet well-being Perform overnight in-home care, ensuring pets are cared for around the clock with patience and compassion Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques during feeding, grooming, or veterinary visits Maintain cleanliness of pet areas and ensure outdoor spaces are secure and well-maintained Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding pet behavior, health status, and any concerns that arise during care Assist with basic grooming tasks such as brushing or bathing pets when needed Qualifications Proven experience with dog training, dog handling, animal handling, or pet sitting preferred Veterinary experience or background as a veterinary technician or assistant is highly desirable Knowledge of animal behavior and effective pet exercise techniques Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions Strong client communication skills to build trust and ensure clear expectations Experience with kennel management or animal restraint techniques is a plus A genuine love for animals combined with a responsible and proactive attitude
