Job Overview As Assistant Manager, you'll keep our boarding and grooming operations running smoothly. You'll lead shifts, manage schedules, work the front desk, and help our team provide amazing care for every pup that walks through our doors. What You'll Do 40 hours/week - Full time Lead daily shifts and keep things running on time Manage boarding and grooming schedules Greet clients, handle check-ins/outs, and process payments Support and train team members Pitch in with dog care when needed (yes, belly rubs included!) What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes Love for animals is a must! Would others around you consider you trustworthy? While we will try to accommodate family situations, this full-time position requires some weekend and holiday shifts. Will you have availability? This job is not only playing with dogs in the yard. Sometimes they may begin the fight, and it will be your job to end the fight. Of course, we will teach you the safest ways to do it, but are you willing to jump in the middle of a fight to help protect the dogs?
