Responsibilities Provide professional pet grooming and styling services, including breed-specific cuts, breed trims, and custom grooming requests Handle animals with care using proper restraint techniques to ensure safety for pets and staff Perform pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, bathing, brushing, and coat maintenance with precision and compassion Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming preferences and provide after-care advice Maintain a clean, organized grooming station and sanitize tools regularly to uphold health standards Assist with animal handling during grooming procedures, ensuring comfort and safety at all times Support team members with kennel cleaning, pet sitting, and heavy lifting tasks as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Pet Stylist or Groomer with a strong portfolio of pet styling work Knowledge of dog training techniques and veterinary experience is highly desirable Background in veterinary technician or veterinary assistant roles is a plus Familiarity with animal handling, restraint techniques, and pet care best practices Ability to handle various breeds and sizes of dogs confidently and safely Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners and team members Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing detailed grooming tasks Prior kennel experience or pet sitting background is advantageous Join us in creating happy, well-groomed pets while delivering outstanding service in a lively setting!
