Please note:

This is a service-based role, so hours vary based on client demand. Shifts (including during training) may start lighter and build up as you take on more clients. We're looking for sitters who are flexible and comfortable with that ramp-up period. About Us 901 Petsitting is a locally owned, growing pet care company serving Memphis and the surrounding Mid-South area — including Arlington, Lakeland, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, and beyond. We provide dog walking, pet sitting, boarding, pet taxi, and more, all coordinated through our easy-to-use scheduling app so you always know where you're headed and what's expected. Responsibilities

• Visit clients' homes for dog walks, pet sitting drop-ins, feeding, and basic pet care
• Follow each pet's care instructions closely and safely
• Communicate visit updates through our app (Time to Pet)
• Arrive on time and maintain a reliable, consistent schedule
• Report any pet health or behavior concerns promptly Requirements
• Willing to drive to any location within our service area (Arlington, Lakeland, Bartlett, Cordova, Germantown, Collierville, Downtown Memphis, and surrounding areas) without refusal — this is a core part of the job, including during training
• Willing to drive up to 45 minutes for visits
• Able to tolerate the heat and cold weather
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a clean background check
• Comfortable entering and working inside clients' homes
• Able to lift 40 pounds or more
• Comfortable and confident around dogs of all sizes and temperaments
• Willing to work major holidays
• Must use own vehicle, with valid car insurance and current tags
• Smartphone for app-based scheduling and visit logging
• Comfortable with a flexible, variable schedule
• Available for the specific shift(s) you're applying for
• Prior pet care, vet, or shelter experience a plus but not required Why work with us?
