Please do not apply if you cannot work the full hours the days listed. The pay is based on experience, we can pay based on the dog as well vs hourly. It is a 1099. We have around 15-20 dogs a day with majority being large doodles. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Dog Bather to join our team! This position is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring someone who is comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and helping maintain a clean, safe salon environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Bathing and drying dogs thoroughly and safely Brushing and prep work for groomers Cleaning up after dogs, including accidents and kennel areas Maintaining salon cleanliness throughout the day Sweeping, mopping, laundry, disinfecting tubs/tools, and general cleaning duties Assisting with handling dogs safely during services Heavy lifting required (large dogs, equipment, water buckets, etc.) Helping keep the salon organized and running efficiently

Requirements:

Must be reliable and punctual Comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely Must be comfortable getting wet, hairy, and dirty daily Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience is preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right person. Looking for someone who truly enjoys animals and can thrive in a busy grooming environment.
