Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dependable, attentive, and proactive team members to supervise structured groups of dogs in our open-play daycare and boarding environment. This is an active, hands-on role focusing on canine safety, behavior management, and maintaining a clean facility.
What You'll Do Group Supervision:
Monitor dog play closely to ensure safe, appropriate interactions for dogs up to 70 pounds.
Behavior Management:
Read body language and calmly diffuse rough play or escalating behavior.
Engagement & Wellness:
Provide regular affection and conduct hands-on wellness checks to monitor health and behavior.
Facility Care:
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
What We're Looking For Availability:
Open availability is highly prioritized for this hiring round. Must be able to work dynamic shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience:
Previous group dog-handling experience is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of canine body language and a calm, confident presence.
Stamina:
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and move quickly for a full shift.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation. Shifts & Schedule Our facility operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday . We utilize three standard shift blocks:
Full Day:
7:00 AM•7:00
PM Morning Half:
7:00 AM•1:00
PM Afternoon Half:
1:00 PM•7:00 PM This position offers an active, engaging environment for individuals who genuinely love dogs and are committed to providing attentive, top-quality care. Team members work with dogs of varying sizes (up to 70 lbs), personalities, and play styles within structured, well-managed groups and are expected to maintain a calm, professional presence at all times.
