Lead Mobile Dog Groomer High Country K9 LLC - $70,000 - $90,000 per year About Us High Country K9 LLC is a growing dog training and pet grooming company specializing in high-quality mobile grooming. We're expanding our mobile grooming operations and looking for a strong Assistant Manager who can lead from the van and help scale the business. The Role We're hiring a Lead Mobile Dog Groomer who will: Perform full-service mobile dog grooming (baths, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, etc.) to a high standard Help train and mentor grooming assistants/technicians Ensure excellent client communication, and service quality Maintain grooming vans, equipment, and supplies in top condition Support scheduling, inventory, and basic operational improvements Uphold safety, sanitation, and animal handling standards at all times Assist with client retention and positive reviews This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll still groom dogs regularly while helping build and run the mobile team. Requirements Proven experience as a professional dog groomer (mobile experience strongly preferred) Strong leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and breeds safely and confidently Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable transportation and clean driving record (company van provided for routes) Ability to work independently in a mobile setting and manage a schedule Physically able to stand for long periods, lift dogs, and work in a van environment Willingness to work some weekends and flexible hours as needed What We Offer Competitive pay: $70k-$90k depending on experience and performance Company mobile grooming van + tools/equipment provided Opportunity for real growth as we expand mobile services and partnerships Supportive team environment focused on quality and animal welfare Room to help shape processes and grow with the company How to Apply Apply here on Indeed with your resume.
