Furry Land Mobile Pet Grooming is growing across Nashville and Middle Tennessee and we're looking for experienced pet groomers who are ready to leave the salon behind. You'll work one-on-one with pets in a fully equipped, climate-controlled Mercedes Sprinter grooming van, providing personalized grooming services right at our clients' doors. Our dedicated call center handles all scheduling and customer communication so you can focus entirely on what you love. You bring the talent. We handle the rest.

What You'll Do:

Perform full-service grooming from start to finish including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, scissoring, deshedding, dematting, nail trims, ear cleaning, sanitary trims, and breed specific styling Complete customized cuts based on breed standards and owner preferences Safely handle dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, coat types, and temperaments Communicate professionally with pet owners before and after each appointment Maintain grooming records and service notes Keep your van clean, organized, and appointment-ready

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of professional pet grooming experience (required) Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, drying, and finishing skills Knowledge of breed specific cuts and coat types Ability to complete full grooms independently start to finish Excellent animal handling and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Dependable, organized, and comfortable managing your own day Mobile grooming experience a plus but not required Grooming certification a plus but not required If you've built your career in a salon and have been thinking about making the move to mobile, we want to hear from you.
