www.animalharbor.org Job Description Role and Responsibilities We are looking for a qualified Kennel Technician. Qualified applicants would have reliable transportation, available to work weekends and be a minimum of 18 years of age. Animal Harbor is a drug free work place. We are looking for a friendly person who possess a professional attitude and a willingness to work for the greater good of our animals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning kennels and daily care of animals Vet drop off and pickups Cleaning lobby and various other areas in the facility Administering pet medications Cat/dog socialization

ALWAYS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FIVE FREEDOMS FOR SHELTER ANIMALS

Any other task assigned by management

Preferred Skills:

Attention to detail, deep love and respect of animals, organization, working in a fast paced environment, promptness, practical thinking, good communication skills, and critical thinking skills are a plus.
