What You'll Do:

As a Groom Tech, you'll support our grooming team while learning everything you need to succeed in the pet grooming industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

Enrolling in our free, paid Paragon online grooming program while working and learning on-site. Getting hands-on with grooming tools and techniques. Bathing, brushing, drying, and trimming pets with care and patience. Learning breed-specific grooming styles and safe handling practices. Ensuring a calm, clean, and safe environment for every pet. Recommending products and services that help keep pets happy and healthy. Assisting store team members as needed during downtime in grooming services.

What We're Looking For:

A love for animals and a strong desire to become a professional groomer. No prior grooming experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to learn! High school diploma or GED. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on your feet. Comfortable completing online lessons and quizzes. Open to flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Must be 18 or older and able to pass any required screenings.
