Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and attention to animals in the kennel facility
• Feed, water, and exercise animals according to their specific needs
• Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and common areas
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals and report any concerns to the supervisor
• Administer medications or treatments as directed by the veterinarian
• Assist with grooming and bathing of animals
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service

Experience:

• Previous experience working with animals is preferred but not required
• Ability to handle and restrain animals safely and effectively
• Knowledge of basic animal care and behavior
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team Please note that this position may require heavy lifting at times.
