We are a high-end boutique grooming salon offering private luxury suites designed for professional groomers who take pride in their craft. W2 position with competitive commission + generous tips Your own private, fully equipped grooming suite Established clientele + full schedule — clients waiting All premium products & supplies provided Supportive management and a polished, drama-free environment Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling according to breed standards and customer preferences Handle dogs safely and compassionately, utilizing animal restraint techniques to ensure a stress-free experience Assess each dog's coat condition and skin health, recommending additional care or treatments when necessary Maintain cleanliness of grooming tools and work area to uphold hygiene standards Communicate effectively with pet owners about grooming needs, special instructions, and aftercare advice Skills Proven experience in pet grooming with a strong understanding of breed-specific cuts and styles Knowledge of animal handling techniques and restraint methods to ensure safety during grooming procedures Background in dog training or veterinary experience is a plus for understanding animal behavior and health indicators Familiarity with veterinary technician or assistant roles enhances ability to recognize health issues during grooming Ability to lift heavy pets safely and perform physical tasks involved in grooming activities Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and address their concerns Embark on a rewarding career where your love for animals meets your grooming talents!
