We are hiring for both inside kennel positions and play yard positions . This is a hands-on job working directly with dogs in a busy boarding and daycare environment. We are looking for people who are dependable, calm around dogs, willing to work hard, and comfortable staying active throughout the day. Position Options Inside Kennel Technician Inside kennel techs help keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly. Duties include feeding dogs, cleaning rooms, washing bowls, doing laundry, monitoring dogs, helping with check-ins/check-outs, and making sure every dog is safe and comfortable. Play Yard Attendant Play yard attendants supervise dogs during group play. Duties include monitoring dog behavior, keeping the yards clean, preventing rough play, rotating dogs as needed, and making sure all dogs are safe while having a good time outside.

Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:

Supervising dogs in play yards or inside the facility Feeding dogs according to instructions Cleaning kennels, play areas, bowls, floors, and common areas Doing laundry and keeping supplies organized Monitoring dog behavior and reporting concerns Following safety procedures at all times Helping maintain a clean, calm, and professional environment Working as part of a team during busy boarding and daycare days Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift Must be willing to clean — this is a big part of the job Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed Prior kennel, daycare, veterinary, grooming, or animal care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Ideal Candidate The right person for this job is patient, alert, responsible, and not afraid of hard work. Dogs are fun, but this job is also physical and requires attention to detail. We need team members who take the safety and care of the dogs seriously.
