Commission-Based Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Groomer to join our team on a full-time, commission-based structure. This role is ideal for someone passionate about animal care and grooming who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You'll have the opportunity to build strong client relationships while maximizing your earning potential through quality service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all animals in your care Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools and workspace Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand grooming needs and preferences Manage appointments and work efficiently to optimize daily schedule Identify and report any health or behavioral concerns to pet owners

Qualifications:

Prior professional grooming experience preferred Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques Strong attention to detail and patience with animals Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
